At Santeova, we are committed to offering high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day period from the delivery date to return your item to us.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, without signs of wear.
  • Be returned with all accessories and in its original packaging.
  • Include the proof of purchase (order number).

Any product showing damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear cannot be returned.

Exchanges are not accepted. If you want a different product, please return the item and place a new order.

Return Process

  2. You will receive detailed instructions, including the return address.
  3. Carefully pack the item and ship it with a recommended tracking number.
  4. Once the package is received and inspected, we will confirm its condition and proceed with the refund within 7 business days.

We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking. Santeova is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping.

Return Fees

Product received damaged or shipping error: We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Change of mind or order error: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue the refund within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

If you do not receive your refund after this period, we advise you to check with your bank before contacting us.
